Chroma Glazed Brick is Modular in size to achieve a variety of installation patterns. Available in 2 shape formats;
Flat size of: (5/8" x 2-1/4" x 7-5/8")  and Corner size of: (5/8” x 2-1/4” x 7-5/8”) with 3-5/8” (Return) all using a Velour Texture Brick and Glaze in different finishes. The reverse side of the brick is designed with dove-tail like ridges to allow for a stronger installation bond. Meets ASTM C-1088, TBX, SW, C-1405 Section 7 & 8

Glazed Brick are extruded clay, ceramic glazed masonry units for wall applications, structural walls, partition walls, multi-wythe walls or veneers. The ceramic finish is available in many standard and custom colors and the units offer durable, permanent, non-fading wall system that has an impervious ceramic glazed face with a high abuse tolerance against impact, abrasion and graffiti.

‍Chroma Glazed Brick manufactured by Pacific Clay Products Inc. conforms to ASTMC-1405, Grade S, Type I & II, Class Exterior (or Interior), Division Solid, or H40V. Sized for 3/8” mortar joints. Body and finish must withstand temperatures greater than 2000°F without distortion or melting and shall be noncombustible and measure Zero Flame Spread, Zero Fuel Contribution, and Zero Smoke Density when tested in accordance with ASTM E-84 and release NO noxious fumes. Mortar shall conform to ASTM C-270

Optimized Energy Performance:
Our brick is produced to the highest industry standards to ensure durability and strength, and as a result, creates an excellent insulating material when used in exterior facing applications. This insulation factor contributes greatly toward energy-efficient design in construction.

Recycled Content:
Throughout our manufacturing process we ensure that no clay resources are wasted. All of our unused post-industrial and pre-consumer brick products are ground-up and reused in new products to help conserve our natural clay resources. The Chroma Glazed product line contains 38% pre-consumer recycled content and 0% post-consumer recycled content. This counts for 1 LEED credit under MR 4.1.

Local/Regional Materials:
All of our clay is mined and processed in Lake Elsinore, CA and Castaic, CA with little or no imported materials. In addition, our Southern California location ensures that we maintain efficient transportation to local projects throughout Southern and Northern California as well as parts of Arizona and Nevada.
